I have led business turnarounds, startups, and business closures for most of my career! Perhaps my life-long reluctance to duck a challenge has resulted in being tasked with solving the most challenging problems! I learned Leadership by learning from other leaders.

The many challenges included dramatically transforming working practices and entering new markets effectively and quickly. These turnarounds were achieved by leading the change, quickly communicating that the status quo would not get us there - and that change wasn't just coming - it was already underway!
